Push Notifications

If you have Push selected for your refill reminders and you are not receiving push notifications, please try the following:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the pharmacy app

  2. When you first open the app and sign in, there should be a popup that says something like "Make this your preferred device?" in which case please select to accept

If you're using an iPhone, please go to your phone's Settings --> Notifications --> tap on the pharmacy app and ensure the slider for Allow Notifications is turned on. We also advise selecting Persistent for the Banner Style on that page. This will allow the push notifications from the app remain on your screen until you swipe it.

If you're using an Android, open your device's Settings app --> Tap Notifications --> App Settings --> Tap All Apps --> Select the pharmacy mobile app --> Ensure the notifications are enabled
