My prescriptions are gone!
Updated over a week ago

There are a few reasons your prescription may not be showing in your list. The system can hide prescriptions that are expired or have zero refills after a certain period of time. If the prescription you are looking for is expired or has zero refills left, you can still show the prescriptions by changing that setting:

1. Please log in your account using the pharmacy mobile app or website, and then click on "Account"

2. Once you are there, you should see the Prescription Display section. This will be under 'Account Preferences' on the website.

3. Tap on the sliders next to "Hide expired prescriptions" and "Hide zero refill prescriptions" and they should toggle to off (grayed out)

4. After that, return to your Prescriptions list. If you do not see the prescription, please click on "Refresh."

5. If it is still not showing, it may be manually hidden. Tap on "More Options" and select Unhide Prescriptions.

6. Click on "Refresh" one more time.

Also, your script may be in a pending status. For instance, it may have been sent to the doctor for approval or be under review by the pharmacy. In these situations, if you wait for a period of time, the script should show up again in your list.

If you have concerns, please call the pharmacy to check on the script.
