Name Change

If you have recently updated your legal name, please contact your pharmacy and have them change this in their system. For privacy reasons, they are the only ones who have access to your records.

After your name has been updated, please contact us if your account is still showing the previous one and you are no longer seeing your recent prescriptions in your list.

Here's why this may be necessary: our system syncs information directly from your pharmacy, but it does not automatically update your name so your account will display what was entered at the time it was created. Once your name has been changed in the pharmacy's system, we will need to remove your account and have you re-register with the new name.

This does not disrupt your prescriptions or refill status. By allowing you to re-register with the new name, this will ensure your account is now linked to the current profile your pharmacy has on file and display your prescriptions properly.
