Welcome to your new pharmacy! You may be eager to create your account to keep track of your refills and manage your prescriptions.

Before you get started, please note that you will need an active Rx number from your new pharmacy before you can register with our refill services.

How our mobile app and website work is that they pull information from your pharmacy's computer. In order for our system to pull that information, we first need to locate your records

Our system cannot find your record if the information you are entering does not exactly match the information the pharmacy has on file.

There are 4 pieces of information that need to match your records to create an account:

1) Spelling of first and last name
2) Date of birth
3) Prescription number
4) Pharmacy where prescription was last filled.

If you do not have any prescriptions filled with the pharmacy, you will need to contact them directly for the first fill and then once you have your new Rx number, you can finish creating your account.
