I accidentally sent "Stop" or "Cancel." How can I enroll again?

Please call your local pharmacy and ask to be enrolled into text messaging.

Alternatively, you can also download our mobile app or visit our web pharmacy to create your account and set up text alerts. You will need a valid Rx number from your pharmacy to create your account.

After your account has been registered and your mobile number has been verified, you can set your reminders by clicking on Reminders --> Refill Reminders, and select the prescriptions you would like to receive reminders.



Once that is done, go to Reminder and Notification Settings --> Refill Reminders, and select Text Messaging.

You can also select whether or not you'd like your prescriptions' full drug names to display in your notifications. The selection will apply to future alerts.

Note: If you had replied to a pickup reminder, please note at this time that there is not an option to cancel a fill once it's in process. If you do not need that prescription filled at this time, please call your pharmacy directly to cancel it.
