If you do not have the Family Care section on your account, it means that the pharmacy currently does not offer this feature so you will not be able to add any family members.

This may be available later, but in the meantime you can ask the pharmacy to enroll your family for text messaging under your mobile number. While we understand it is not as convenient as managing online, this option will allow you to receive notifications for your family members' prescriptions.
